These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WaslChat QR (the "Service"), a QR code generation, customization, and analytics platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
WaslChat QR lets you create dynamic and static QR codes (including links, vCards, WiFi, PDFs, and other supported types), customize their appearance, and view scan analytics. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
New accounts may include a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins and billing starts at the price shown at checkout. The trial length applicable to your account is shown at sign-up and in your billing page.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles billing, payment, and related support, and its Buyer Terms also apply to your transaction. We do not store your full card details.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are processed through Paddle.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute QR codes that link to unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or infringing content, or to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by WaslChat. You retain ownership of the content and destinations you configure in your QR codes. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and serve that content to deliver the Service.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaslChat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Kuwait, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
